Christal Shipp is an accomplished educator, advocate, and entrepreneur originally from Chicago. With an academic background that includes an Associate's degree in Marketing, a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Marketing, and dual Master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership & Quality and Education-Curriculum, Christal has a passion for leadership and community development.
As a survivor of both sexual assault and domestic violence, Christal uses her platform to advocate for others and empower those facing similar challenges. Now based in Milwaukee, she continues to pursue her passion for education and community support, focusing on building meaningful connections and uplifting others through her work.
Driven by a deep faith, Christal founded Ctrl + C following a vision from God, turning her passion for helping others into a thriving copy and print services business. With a heart for service, Christal integrates her core values of Christ, Community, and Collaboration into her business, ensuring that Ctrl + C not only delivers professional and dependable services but also contributes to positive change in the community.
